A lot of themes packages conatain various stuff (thats why its heavy), for instance:
-required fonts
-different tingers
-sometimes two or more colour themes
-wallpapers
-system files
-sometimes required icons
-txt howto

Each RS link contain twenty – twenty five (excluding P3) selected themes. Pictures below show egzamples of few themes embedded in the package
